Stephen Chan

Stephen Chan is a serial
entrepreneur with corporate executive management experience
and a strong technical background in complex large-scale
software systems. Most recently, Stephen was CTO of Xcerla, a
startup that
developed new billing and settlement systems
for the telecommunication industry and the grid computing industry.
Stephen has been an early team member of several
successful venture-backed startup companies, including Clarify and Daisy Systems,
that launched new software categories such as Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) and Electronic Design Automation (EDA).
Stephen received a B.S. in Computer Science from
Northwestern University, an M.S. in Computer Science from
the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an M.B.A. from the
University of California, Berkeley. |
Mario Rosati

Mario Rosati has been with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since 1971.
Mario specializes in corporate law,
especially as it relates to high-technology companies.
He is a member of the firm's Executive Management Committee,
Policy Committee and is also the managing partner of WS Investments,
an investment partnership, composed of the partners and associates of the firm
investing in emerging corporations.
Mario is a director of Aehr Test Systems, Genus, Inc., Sanmina-SCI Corporation,
Symyx Technologies, Inc., and Vivus, Inc., all publicly traded companies,
as well as several privately held companies.
